These songs were/are my therapy in battling depression and anxiety.
Some people will definitely find the songs depressing, but I’m hoping others will find them as a way of confronting their own demons, or at least empathize with someone who has conquered them.
These songs are ghosts to me now.
I was originally haunted by them, but now we’re friends 🙂
